Looking through the forum, it seems like the vast majority of posts are people running 30-31 inch tire/wheels, even after lifting and making minor fender liner mods Lift doesn't matter relative to tire size on the "WK2" JGC. I googled a lot of pictures and really liked the Grand Cherokee with 33 tires
